Terms & Conditions

By booking a keynote, trajectory or individual coaching, you accept these terms. Deviations only apply if confirmed in writing.

Quotes are without obligation and valid for the period stated in them. A booking is final after written confirmation by both parties.

Prices are determined on a tailored basis and exclude VAT, unless stated otherwise. Invoices are payable within the term stated on the invoice.

Cancellation or rescheduling is done in writing. Depending on the timing, a fee may be due; the concrete conditions are set out in the quote or agreement.

What is shared during a trajectory or coaching stays confidential. We treat information about teams and organizations with the same discretion as in our operational background.

Models, materials and methods remain the property of Mission 4 Mastery BV. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.

We deliver our services with care and as a best-efforts obligation. Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant assignment, to the extent permitted by law.

For the online sale of the book "Kracht is een Keuze" via this website, the following provisions apply in addition to the above. The seller is Mission 4 Mastery BV, Sint-Bavostraat 14, 8700 Kanegem, België, VAT BE 1017.930.371.

Price and costs: € 24.99 per copy, including 6% VAT. Shipping costs are shown before you order (€ 5 for a single copy, free from two copies). The total price including VAT and shipping is shown at the payment step.

Delivery: within Belgium and the Netherlands usually within 5 business days of payment, and at the latest within 30 days. You receive a confirmation by email.

Right of withdrawal: you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving a reason. Notify us by email at cedric@backboneperformance.eu or use the model form below. You return the book undamaged; the direct cost of returning it is yours. We refund the amount paid (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method.

Conformity and warranty: you have the legal warranty of conformity. For a damaged or incorrectly delivered copy, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.

Model withdrawal form — To Mission 4 Mastery BV, cedric@backboneperformance.eu: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from our contract for the sale of the book Kracht is een Keuze. Ordered on/received on: … — Name: … — Address: … — Date: …".

These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of the district where Mission 4 Mastery BV is established.
